New Members are welcome and you can obtain further information from the membership secretary and submit your application on the membership form.

The entrance gate and clubhouse door codes are changed on a regular basis and members are notified directly (email the preferred option).

If you wish to compete for the club, you need to have a Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) membership number and this can be obtained by joining the LTA at This is currently free and allows you to enter our club's Wimbledon ticket ballot.  In 2018, we received 10 pairs of tickets in with 50 members taking part in the ballot.

Definitions of Membership:

Stirling Lawn Tennis and Squash Club have released their membership fees below for season 2017-2018. The membership year runs from April 1st to March 31st. We also offer pro-rata rates for members who wish to join at any time during the season.

Pro-rata memberships:

The above rates are full year memberships. For those members joining the club part-way through a season, we also offer pro-rata memberships and please contact the membership secretary for more information.

Notes on membership categories:

  • Restricted - permitted to play between 0900 - 1600 hours only
  • Country - residing more than 25 miles from Club
  • Associate - a non-playing member, usually an adult hitting partner for a junior member
  • Student - in full-time education
  • Unwaged - in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance or successor benefit

Payment options:

The club offers payment options via cheque, BACS and by cash. Please indicate your preferred method on your membership form.

The club is again taking direct payment by BACS. If you are taking advantage of this, please contact our membership secretary at for the details.

Visitor Fees

Visitors are welcome at the Club when accompanying a member and should enter their name in the Visitors Book just inside the clubhouse door. The fees for visitors are £4 seniors and £2 juniors/student and unwaged and should be deposited in the honesty box just inside the clubhouse door.
